At Dolce Vita, we want you to be completely enamored with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items back into their original box with all tags attached and include the printed packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label, then securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
